THE "GATEWAY" to the EASTERN YORKE PENINSULA

Some brief history about the Club....

Originally established in 1981 by a group of local men and women as a place for gathering after crabbing, somewhere to cook the crabs and enjoy a beer while sitting on hay bales.

Originally a tin shed on land donated by the Mesnil Family and over the previous years the Club continued to evolve. In 2014 an extensive fully funded $500k renovation took the Club to a whole new level as it is in present day.

The hand written minutes of the very first "committee" meeting are on display in the entrance lobby.

We look forward to welcoming you.
